Learnership Recruitment:

The learners who we source through learnership recruitment will be black, youth, male, female, disabled and unemployed.  This will assist you in obtaining the highest possible score for your BEE scorecard.

Learnership Placement:

Placement of these learners will be done by us when they have completed their Learnership either within your company or another suitable company. You will also have the opportunity to make further allowance for them to take another Learnership at your expense and receive 5 bonus points.
